About our 2D and 3D Power Tips:

Our 2D and 3D Power Tips are a replacement for the factory OEM tip on your stock pipe.  Our tip's large diameter outlet will flow much more exhaust gas than the small, restrictive outlet of your stock tip.  This increase in flow will provide a more aggressive "throaty" sound and increase the power output from the engine.  The sound will be louder than stock, yet not quite as loud and an aftermarket pipe.  Our 2D and 3D Power Tips offer similar performance to an aftermarket exhaust system... for hundreds of dollars less!

Re-jetting is generally not necessary when installing one of our tips... Just install and ride!

If you have made other modifications to your stock setup (air filter, etc.), you may want to consult with your local dealer about proper jetting adjustments for your climate and altitude.  Airbox / air filter modifications and re-jetting may allow for additional power gains from our 2D and 3D Power Tips.

Our 2D and 3D Power Tips are designed in 3D CAD / CAM software in order to ensure exacting specifications for manufacturing.  The image below is a screen rendered image of our truly original 3D solid model design.

How they're made:

Our 2D and 3D Power Tips are CNC machined from billet. They start out as a solid bar of aluminum that is turned on a CNC lathe to create the bore, taper, and their rounded profile.  Then they are mounted into our 4 axis CNC mill and machined with the precise mounting locations for an exact fitment to your bike's exhaust pipe.

What's Included:

Our 2D and 3D Power Tips come with a heavy gauge, heavy-duty Stainless Steel spark arrestor screen.  This screen is not some flimsy, light-duty mesh screen like those that come with competitors' tips (those are known to blow out after far too few rides!).  Our screens are precision CNC cut in the U.S.A. on a high power CO2 Laser!  Our 2D and 3D Power Tips also include 3 new 18-8 Stainless Steel screws for a super clean look.  These screws will not rust!
